HOW DO I USE THE DESIGN VESSELS “CORNU” AND “TULIP”?

You can use Cornu and Tulip as a cup, vessel, object, mug, vase, candle holder, trinket box, bowl or pitcher, among other creative uses you can imagine as you start using them.

ARE GLASS AND PORCELAIN VESSELS WITHOUT HANDLES SUITABLE ALSO FOR HOT DRINKS?

Yes, glass “Cornu” and porcelain “Tulip” are both suitable for hot drinks. They are designed to be filled with a drinking margin. We recommend leaving at least a finger’s width of space for drinking. Also please keep in mind that our lips are the most sensitive part of our body, and any temperature that is suitable for drinking, is also a temperature that can be hold in hand. We recommend that you avoid drinking any drink that is too hot to bring to your lips.

IN WHAT CURRENCY CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

All payments will be handled in Euros on our website. Our website also has a currency conversion app at the top right corner that allows you to view your payment in your home country's currency.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within 14 days, in original condition, in its gift box including all its accessories, unused, undamaged, and to the payment card/method used for purchase. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted. 

To start a return, email us at customer-care@manayildiz.com with your order number and reason for return. As soon as we receive and accept your return, your refund will be issued to the payment card/method used for purchase.

Please note the following:

We do not stand for the shipping cost of a product on international orders. Only the product purchase price will be refunded. We’re unable to accept refunds beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected. When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOM FEES WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Please note that we are not responsible for the charges of any additional customs fees charged by your country. 

IS TAX/VAT INCLUDED IN THE SALES PRICE?

Yes, Tax/VAT is included in the final sales price. You will see the price including Tax/VAT before making the payment.
