SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and are estimated to be delivered between 2-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

We deliver to more than 20 countries worldwide. Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

What are the available shipping methods?

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the final checkout step before payment.

Is Tax/VAT included in the sales price?

Yes, Tax/VAT is included in the final sales price. You will see the price including Tax/VAT before making payment.

Will there be any additional custom fees when my order arrives?

Please note that we are not responsible for the charges of any additional customs fees charged by your country. 

What is your returns policy?

We check every item before it is shipped, and we follow a very rigorous quality assurance procedure. Returns are accepted within 14 days, in original condition, in its gift box including all its accessories, unused, undamaged, and to the payment card/method used for purchase. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted.

To start a return, email us at customer-care@manayildiz.com with your order number and reason for return.

As soon as we receive and accept your return, your refund will be issued to the payment card/method used for purchase.

Please note the following:

We do not stand for the shipping cost of a product on international orders. Only the product purchase price will be refunded.

We’re unable to accept refunds beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected.

When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

Faulty Items

Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is faulty. Should you receive a faulty or damaged piece, please do not attempt to fix it or remove it from its original packaging.  

Email us at customer-care@manayildiz.com for your orders stating your order number and the nature of the fault, and accompany with photos highlighting the damage.

Our support team will get in touch with you to solve the issue and make it right. (MON-FRI 9H30 - 18H CET)

What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer exchanges. Please read descriptions, check specifications such as color, texture and size carefully before purchasing.

Track Order

To track your order, please use the tracking number that's included in the shipment confirmation e-mail that is sent to you by our support team customer-care@manayildiz.com

If you haven't yet received the shipment confirmation e-mail, it means that your package hasn't been dispatched. You will receive the e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

Please make sure that the shipping address is secure and safe. We provide tracking information but we cannot be responsible once Yurtiçi Kargo delivers items. 

Please note that if you don't pick up your order and it's sent back to us, we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend it back to you.

Our Packaging

We offer complimentary gift wrapping worldwide with all purchases made on www.manayildiz.com.

Orders made at manayildiz.com will be gift wrapped in our natural brown gift boxes with our signature green turquoise stripe on it. Our gift boxes are made from kraft paper and are carefully tied with a nude color satin ribbon on which our green logo is printed. Inside our gift boxes, all items are protected by brown tissue paper and specially packaged so that the contents remain stable during shipping worldwide.
