HOW DO I USE THE DESIGN VESSELS “CORNU” AND “TULIP”?
You can use Cornu and Tulip as a cup, vessel, object, mug, vase, candle holder, trinket box, bowl or pitcher—among other creative uses you can imagine as you start using them.
ARE GLASS AND PORCELAIN VESSELS WITHOUT HANDLES SUITABLE FOR HOT DRINKS?
Yes, our glass and porcelain vessels are both suitable for hot drinks. They are designed to be filled with a drinking margin, so we recommend leaving at least a finger’s width of space at the top.
Please keep in mind that our lips are the most sensitive part of our body; any temperature that is safe to drink is also safe to hold in your hand. We recommend avoiding drinks that are too hot to bring to your lips.

All payments on our website are processed in Euros (€). However, you can use the currency converter at the top right corner of our page to view prices in your local currency.
WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT IN A GIFT PACKAGING?
Yes. We offer complimentary gift wrapping worldwide for all purchases made on www.manayildiz.com
Orders placed on our website are beautifully gift-wrapped in our natural kraft boxes, featuring our signature green turquoise stripe. Each box is carefully tied with a nude-colored satin ribbon printed with our green logo. Inside, your items are elegantly protected by premium tissue paper and specially packaged to ensure they remain safe and stable during worldwide transit.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, please use the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email sent from customer-care@manayildiz.com
If you have not yet received this email, it means your package is still being prepared and has not been dispatched. You will receive your tracking details automatically as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and safe. While we provide comprehensive tracking information, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Please note that if a package is returned to us because it was not picked up or claimed, we do not cover the shipping costs to resend it to you.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
· Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
· Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, shipping usually takes 2–8 business days depending on your destination.
· Tracking: You will automatically receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Actual delivery dates may vary based on the courier's schedule and regional factors.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Shipping costs vary by location. To see the exact rate for your address, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Your final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before you enter any payment information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and in their original gift box including all accessories. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted.
To start a return, please email us at customer-care@manayildiz.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Kindly wait for our team to reply with your return shipping details before taking any further action. Once your return is received and accepted, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note the following:
· International Return Shipping: We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders. Only the purchase price of the product will be refunded.
· 14-Day Limit: We are unable to accept returns beyond the 14-day window from your delivery date. Any items sent back after this period will be rejected.
· Tracking & Proof: When dropping off your package at the post office or courier, we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage for your reference.
WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Depending on your country, international orders may sometimes be subject to local import fees. These charges are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
IS TAX/VAT INCLUDED IN THE SALES PRICE?
Yes, Tax/VAT is included in the final sales price. You will see the total price, inclusive of tax, before finalizing your payment.
