What does the 1½ symbol in the product name mean?
The symbol 1½ means ‘one and half’ in math. The name indicates that the cup can hold one and a half cups of coffee. We designed this coffee cup for those who like to drink exactly the amount of coffee they want.

If you have not yet received this email, it means your package is still being prepared and has not been dispatched. You will receive your tracking details automatically as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is the return policy?
We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and in their original gift box including all accessories.
